The Bill (Reg. No.2351-1) introduces amendments to the Law "On the Customs Tariff of Ukraine", which are based on the commodity regulations of the Bill № 2351 "concerning replication of import duty rates for goods and commodities that are defined by the schedule of tariff commitments of Ukraine for Year 2008, i.e. an integral part of the protocol; on Ukraine´s Accession to the WTO adopted at the sitting of the WTO General Council on 05.02.2008".
